What
is the Just2SayHello service?
Just2SayHello is a
revolutionary instant dial service, allowing you
to make savings on calls to destinations worldwide,
right here, right now - without the need to open
an account or give any credit card details or get
yet another bill through your door. All you need
is a phone, the Just2SayHello country access number
(CountryList) and someone
to call! The rates given apply at all times so you
will be able to ring night or day knowing the charges
will be the same!

How
do I check the service is not fraudulent?
You are right to be
concerned given the recent press articles on using
08 and 09 prefixed numbers. Our numbers are allocated
by the telephony watchdog Ofcom
and the complete list of allocated numbers used
by all telephone operators may be downloaded here
. An extract of the numbers allocated to our service
supplier Telco Global may be viewed Extract
where you can see the range and pricing of the access
numbers we use to give you a low cost service. This
should allay any fears you have about using our
service, but if you have any more questions, please
contact us. Please also remember when you dial the
country access number a voice prompt will advise
you of the rate for that particular number.(e.g.
welcome to the 3p access service).

How
do I dial the numbers?
It’s
as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.
1.
Look up the country access number (Numbers)
for the person you wish to call.
(e.g.
Australia has the access number 0870 794 4751)
2. Dial this number,
wait for the prompt message to confirm your access to the network.
3. Enter the number
of the person you are calling including the internationalcode
00xx (e.g. 0061 for Aus numbers, 00 27 for South
Africa numbers), and you will be connected.
As simple as that!
(Mobile users do not press SEND again after accessing network).

How
much is it to dial the country I want?
Use
the drop down box on the Home
page and select the country you require.
The costs for dialling
from a landline or mobile will be displayed below
with the corresponding international code and the
rate for the call expressed in pence per minute.
If you have any problems using the drop down please
click AllRates
and you will be taken to a full text listing, broken
down by country, access number, international number
and cost. Please note BT apply a minimum set-up
charge of 7p for every call, whether it is answered
or not [this charge is beyond our control, we do
receive this money]

How
do I get "free calls" or make further
savings?
Most
operators have withdrawn inclusion of 08 and 09
numbers in their "free minute" bundled
packages. BT customers may be able to include the
access numbers in your "friends and family"
discounts enabling you to save more on the cost
of the call. Please check with your operator for
the specific country access numbers you use.
What
if the service is busy?
As
everyone wants to use the reduced cost service, sometimes the
service may be busy, and we advise you to replace the handset,
and try again later.

using the Just2SayHello access number, we are passed
a small small margin from the network operator.
It is as simple as that!

Whatabout
the old National Rate numbers?
These
numbers will be no longer be available shortly as
Ofcom is removing "revenue sharing" numbers.
The old access numbers will be valid but you may
well be paying a higher rate for your call as many
destinations have moved to 3p,4p and 5p rates anytime.
All destinations have a new independent access numbers
that are valid all times, therefore there is no
neeed to use the time based day, evening and weekend
rates known as "National Rate." Please
ensure you look up the new access numbers and use
these instead.

BT National Rate Standard prices were as follows:
6p
per minute during the day including VAT (Everyday
8am to 6pm)
1.5p
per minute in the evening including VAT (Everyday
6pm to 8am]

How
do I pay for the call?
When
you make a call via an Just2SayHello access number,
the costs of the call are measured in the normal
way as any other call - according to the real time
duration of the call. The prices shown on
this site are BT's charges per minute for calling
the Just2SayHello access number and you are charged
per second from connection to the Just2SayHello
service.The charge for the call
will be billed to you by your telephone service
provider as usual. You will see the access number
on the bill but there will be no charges from us!
When you make a call via Just2SayHello you only
pay for calling one of the Just2SayHello access
numbers. It is your service provider that will charge
you - not us. Please note BT apply a minimum
set-up charge of 7p for every call, whether it is
answered or not [this charge is beyond our control,
we do receive this money]
If you're not
with BT you need to check with your service provider how much
they will charge for calls made to the Just2SayHello access numbers.
Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the Just2SayHello
access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are

phone please first check the charges with your mobile service

How
are the Just2SayHello calls cheaper than BT?
When you dial the
specific country access numbers (i.e. the 0871, 0844, 0905 numbers
given with the web site), our supplier's telecommunications network
recognises this as a low-cost call and routes the call. In this
way we are able to offer you all the benefits of the reduced rates
with identical service as a BT (or other network) customer.
The more you use the
site and service, the greater the amount of countries
we can hopefully offer at our low cost charges!

Does
Just2SayHello own the network?
No Just2SayHello does
not own the network, it acts as an agent for access
numbers provided by our supplier Telco Global Networks
Limited (now part of Carphone Warehouse group),
and therefore is not responsible for provision or
otherwise of the service. However, you will be pleased
to know that our supplier has been voted number
one in giving the best customer service in a recent
Ofcom report.

What
will appear on my usual bill?
Your
usual bill will probably list the access numbers
for the countries you have dialled with a description
of "Special Service" (or something similar)
and then the cost of the total call. You will receive
nothing from us and we have no knowledge of your
account or your phone numbers. Note each operator
(BT, Orange, Vodafone etc) may have different ways
of presenting this information to you.

Calling
from a mobile?
You can use Just2SayHello
from your mobile phone too - giving you massive savings compared
to international mobile tariffs.
With some mobile
tariffs UK National (0870) calls are bundled with your free minutes
package - and some service providers bundle 0844 calls too!
Just make sure
that you check rates with your mobile service provider before
making your calls.
When you call from
a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after
dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination
number.

There's a quick way of using the service from your mobile without
having to keep dialling both the access number and the international
number every time you use the service:
Add a pause between
the access number and the international number you wish to dial:
Eg: You want to
call your Mother in Australia. So, you create a new entry called
'Mum' in your phone-book on your mobile and then when entering
the number:
1. Enter the Just2SayHello
access number
ie 0870 794 4751
2. Enter a 'pause'.
This varies depending on your brand of mobile
Nokia Phones:
A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed 3 times: ie 0870
794 4751(*** will show a 'p')
Siemens/Panasonic Phones:
A '+' should appear after 0 has been pressed and held. Motorola
/ Ericsson Phones / Sony:
A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed and held.
3. Now enter your
international destination number in full including 00 xx (e.g.
00 61 for Aus numbers) and press save.
That's it - next
time you want to call 'Mum' using Just2SayHello simply find "Mum"
in your memory and press call!
